Andrew "Andy" Rutberg has a passion for data and the strong desire - as well as the drive - to help companies transform the way they do business so that they "compete and win" on analytics. Fact-based marketing at its core!

As chief data officer for Wunderman and president of Global Services for KBM Group, Andy is responsible globally for analytics, business intelligence, technology-enabled marketing, privacy and the delivery of these services to WPP client companies and to global key accounts, such as Microsoft, Dell, Nokia and Ford.

Andy’s clients appreciate his unique ability to identify and triage their most challenging business issues and then design and implement a foundational data infrastructure to address them. His achievements include establishing a network of marketing service centers around the globe that fulfill the day-to-day marketing execution and analytical needs of global clients. His innovative solutions help clients navigate the complex and often confusing process of planning and achieving return on marketing investment.

Prior to joining Wunderman in 2005, Andy was senior vice president of database marketing at Harte Hanks, where he was on the front lines in re-establishing the company as a leader in data-driven marketing solutions. He also held senior positions at IBM where he was instrumental in transforming the services arm of the organization to penetrate significantly deeper and more strategic relationships with their largest and most critical Northeast-based accounts. Prior to that, he established a consulting practice at Keane and was the founder of an ERP software company. He lives in Marlborough, MA with his wife and children.
