With more than 17 years experience that includes relationship marketing, direct media, business-to-business marketing, database marketing and all facets of the interactive world, Rick serves as president, Wunderman Chicago, the second largest office in North America. Rick has a flair for embracing complex business challenges and seeing them through to successful conclusions. As the lead on the Burger King business, the account has grown from initial the merchandising assignment to include promotions, direct marketing, database Disciplines, field and event marketing.

As director, Client Disciplines, a position he held since 1999, Rick has led Chicago's CRM initiatives, developing and executing programs for H&R Block, United Airlines Cargo and Sears. And in 1996, Rick launched Chicago's successful Interactive group, which now is responsible for major initiatives for Motorola and Sears, among others. Rick has worked his way up from Director of Media to head of Client Disciplines, using a combination of street-smart savvy and sophisticated strategies to Discipline a wide roster of client needs.
